Executive Assistant - Real Estate

No direct experience necessary. Any prior experience with real estate would be a big plus, but not required. Come join our team bringing joy to people on a daily basis!

What You Will Be Doing:

Keeping our system running smoothly by assisting with all tasks related to buying and selling land, such as:

• Preparing and filing Deeds to buy and sell land
• Entering new buyer and seller information and payments into our CRM
• Keeping inventory folders organized
• Getting checks to Sellers and Counties for land purchases
• Getting tax info for Counties and paying taxes
• Updating Buyer payment info and getting new credit cards
• Running reports in our CRM software to track leads, referrals, sales, etc.
• Tackling various projects to help grow the business, solve issues or help catch us up
• Preparing ads, emails, letters, drip campaigns, etc. to market properties for sale
• Interacting with our virtual assistants and assigning tasks and following up
• General office duties, taking calls from customers, etc.

What Skills & Traits Will You Need to Succeed:

• Must be very detail oriented and organized!
• Strong communication skills and a great attitude is a must
• Quick typing speed and Basic to Expert Excel 
• Strong computer, software and internet skills
• No degree's required!
